About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary academic leader to take on the role of Vice Dean of Undergraduate Medical Education and Vice Chief Academic Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction and operational excellence of the MD program across multiple campuses, with a focus on advancing a personalized and innovative curriculum that integrates various scientific disciplines with early patient exposure. This role is pivotal in ensuring the program meets the highest standards of educational excellence and is in line with the institution's rich history of biomedical innovation, patient care, and professional training. Applicants for the Vice Dean of UME and Vice CAO position at the company should be accomplished academic leaders with a strong background in medical education. The ideal candidate will hold an MD and be eligible for a faculty appointment at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor, with a proven track record in curriculum design, LCME accreditation processes, and continuous quality improvement within an MD program. Experience in leading complex academic operations, particularly across multiple campuses or distributed learning environments, is essential. The role requires a commitment to student success, faculty development, and the ability to harmonize educational experiences and outcomes across different instructional models.
