Clinical Services Navigator

Clinical Service Navigator (Thoracic Oncology Nurse) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p, No holidays, call, or weekends Location: Forsyth Medical Center Department: Cancer Center Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Service Navigator to serve as the primary point of contact for lung cancer patients. The Thoracic Oncology Nurse coordinates patient care by guiding patients through treatment plans and follow-up needs. This role provides education, support, and resource navigation while ensuring seamless communication and timely documentation. Responsibilities The role involves coordinating patient care, educating patients and families, providing support, navigating resources, ensuring effective communication among healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications Education: 4 year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Experience: Three to five years of nursing experience, required, including at least two years of care of the targeted patient population and experience in a broad range of clinical situations or settings, preferred. Licensure/Certification: RN, required. Additional Skills: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing, required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
