Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Payrate: $16.50 / hourly Shipping & Receiving Job Description Responsible to report to Huddle work area at the schedule time and scheduled day. Actively engages during daily huddles. Listen, learn, and communicate successes, issues, or barriers impacting performance Ensure workstation is stocked with supplies necessary to perform tasks for the entire shift. Ensures equipment is clean, maintained, and runs at optimal levels. Reports to Supervisor any equipment issues. Responsible for accurate receipt, verification, separating, scanning and allocation of inbound customer deposits, ATM Residual Cash, banking center, and various other types of deposits. Verification and control of total deposit bags received to assignment manifest. Inspects deposit bags for evidence of tampering and immediately notifies supervisor of any issues. Responsible for accurate transfer of deposits and orders to appropriate processing areas. Responsible for accurate distribution of Cash/Coin orders to Armored Carriers including scanning, manifesting, and receiving Armored Carrier signed acknowledgement of all orders distributed to carrier. Meets or exceeds all established productivity standards. Works in an efficient and safe manner. Identifies and shares processing improvement opportunities. Work independently without direct supervision or oversight.
