Automotive Shift Supervisor Details:

• Direct hire position
• $58,240.00 to $62,400.00 / annually
• First shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)

• Provide guidance to all Production Team Members on product questions, quality concerns, etc.
• Ensure all products, production processes, and production areas are in conformance with documented quality requirements.
• Coach and develop Production Team Members by providing on-going feedback and providing support to address any concerns.
• Provide feedback to management regarding quality concerns.
• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment and hold team members accountable.

Automotive Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

• High school education required. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and TMM, preferred.
