Senior Manager, Change Management with Prosci/ADKAR

Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 8+ years of progressive Organizational Change Management experience. \n
- 3+ years in technology, digital or software engineering transformations. \n
- Hands-on change management experience. \n
- Experience with Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, LaMarsh or similar methodology. \n
- PDLC/SDLC transformation experience. \n
- Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe, CI/CD, DevOps and release-management knowledge. \n
- Direct AI enablement/adoption experience. \n
- Ability to influence senior technology/business leaders without formal authority. \n
- Excellent executive-level communication skills. \n
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. \n
