This role is central to our molecular cloning core, responsible for designing and executing cloning strategies to support multiple pipeline programs. As a core operator within our research pipeline, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance our cell therapy programs from discovery to functional validation. Key Responsibilities:* Independently design and execute molecular assays to generate and characterize novel nucleic acids for use across multiple Cell Therapy programs.

• Perform sequence analysis and quality control of generated constructs.
• Independently or with the team, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve problems and optimize cloning workflows.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and organized laboratory records.
• As needed by team, additional responsibilities may include cell culture, in vitro cell-based assays, and/or flow cytometryQualifications:* Degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. 1-3 years applied experience in field.
• Proven experience with various cloning techniques (e.g., Gibson Assembly, Golden Gate, Restriction/Ligation).
• Experience with nanoplasmid cloning and production workflows is preferred
• Proficiency with sequence analysis software (e.g., Benchling, SnapGene, Geneious).
• Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays and flow cytometry is a plus

Pay Rate Range: $30-47/hr depending on experience
