- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field with 1-3 years of applied experience
- Proven experience with molecular cloning techniques, including Gibson Assembly, Golden Gate, and Restriction/Ligation
- Experience with sequence analysis and cloning software such as Benchling, SnapGene, or Geneious
- Experience with nanoplasmid cloning and production workflows preferred
- Experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, and flow cytometry is a plus
