Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supervision to our weekend staff. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care to our residents, including delivering individualized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
Supervise and direct a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on weekends, ensuring that all staff members are working in a cohesive and efficient manner
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure the highest level of quality and safety
Collaborate with other departments, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and treatment
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Conduct audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (n/a)
Minimum years of experience (n/a)
