Director, AI/ML Data Engineer

Salary: $127,000 - 228,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; an advanced degree is advantageous
• 12+ years of software development experience
• 6-8 years of experience leading development project teams
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus

• Oversee multiple complex development initiatives, often with a global footprint
• Define staffing needs and resource allocations, monitor and raise quality standards, and promote best-practice development methods
• Provide subject matter expertise to teams when needed
• Build group-wide business plans and support firmwide initiatives under management direction
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive implementation
• Manage escalations and champion change management, encouraging innovation and creativity in technology solutions
