Customer Success Manager

ResMed seeks a Customer Success Manager to guide healthcare providers in optimizing their use of Brightree's business management solutions. The role involves building strategic partnerships with customer leaders, monitoring performance metrics, and driving product adoption and operational improvements across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align business goals and define success strategies
- Monitor customer performance and risk indicators to proactively address challenges
- Manage multiple customer relationships and lead quarterly business reviews with strategic insights
- Identify and support opportunities for expanded product adoption and workflow optimization
- Conduct customer working sessions to gather requirements and recommend efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Experience in HME and/or home infusion operations management
- Track record of business process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Brightree Business Management Solution
- Strong consultative, presentation, and communication skills with customer leaders
- Software implementation, workflow analysis, and process optimization experience
- Understanding of medical insurance billing and reimbursement processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable
