Sr. Analyst, Procurement

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Senior Analyst, Procurement to review collision shop procurement performance data and communicate findings to leadership, coordinate training efforts, and develop and communicate procurement policies and SOPs. The role will also create KPIs and dashboards in Domo to monitor supplier and shop parts performance. Key Job Responsibilities Develop, document, communicate and train Procurement practices. Develop Procurement policies for the company and ensure clear communication to the organization. Develop supplier KPI and risk management tools/reports with the supply chain team. Analyze procurement data, highlight risks and trends, draw insights and provide direction on improvement actions. Interpret data and determine shop-level behaviors that need adjustment. Monitor gross profit and buying behaviors and provide recommendations. Coordinate training efforts to improve the procurement process. Take initiative to improve procurement analytics processes. Communicate procurement SOPs. Utilize systems such as Domo, Smart Sheets, and Excel for reporting. Act as a liaison between procurement, finance and shop operations. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Filter and clean data, correcting code problems. Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics. Experience in analytical roles requiring data analysis, KPI creation, and reporting. Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation. Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms; Domo experience is a plus. Certifications related to Procurement, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics preferred. Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts). Understanding of procurement and supply chain issues (desirable). Ability to present data and draw insights. Other Requirements Preference for candidates to work at least twice per week at the Rosemont, IL Corporate Headquarters. Ability to utilize Google Suite.
