Overview We are seeking a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join our growing team, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. 1 year of employment in an office setting is preferred. Experience with skilled trades recruitment is a plus. The recruiter will also greet candidates while ensuring organization of paperwork and interview timelines. Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Greeting candidates for interviews and preparing required paperwork. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.). Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience). Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed. Health insurance.
