Your Role:

Engage with warm leads and schedule consultations
Guide buyers and sellers through every phase of the transaction
Conduct showings, draft offers, and host open houses

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Recently obtained or on the verge of obtaining your AZ real estate license
Enthusiastic about learning and open to coaching

Available to work full-time and dedicated to building a long-term career
