Compliance Coordinator

Help us simplify HOA operations for communities everywhere. We're looking for talented people who care about making a difference. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HOA communities, attending board meetings, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with governing documents. Requirements: 3+ years HOA or community association management experience CMCA, AMS, or PCAM certification preferred Knowledge of state community association statutes Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills Oversee a portfolio of larger or more complex communities while mentoring junior community managers. Handle escalated board issues, lead annual budget planning sessions, and drive client retention. Requirements: 5+ years community association management experience AMS or PCAM certification required Experience with reserve studies and long-range capital planning Support community managers with day-to-day HOA operations including work orders, vendor coordination, homeowner communications, and board meeting preparation. Requirements: 1-2 years experience in property services or customer service Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple communities Manage maintenance requests and property inspections across assigned communities. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, landscaping, and capital improvement projects. Conduct regular site visits to identify issues before they become problems. Requirements: 2+ years in property maintenance or facilities coordination Knowledge of building systems, landscaping, and common-area upkeep Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties Handle accounts payable/receivable, monthly financial reporting, budget preparation, and assessment processing for our managed communities. Requirements: 2+ years accounting experience (HOA/property services preferred) Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, CINC, or similar) Associate degree in accounting or related field Manage delinquent assessment accounts across our portfolio. Work with homeowners to set up payment plans, coordinate with legal counsel on lien filings when necessary, and maintain accurate records of all collection activity. Requirements: 2+ years collections or accounts receivable experience Familiarity with HOA assessment collection procedures and lien processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with community management software preferred Review and process architectural applications, conduct community inspections for CC&R compliance, issue violation notices, and manage the hearing process. Serve as the go-to resource for boards on governance and enforcement questions. Requirements: 1-3 years experience in HOA compliance or property management Strong understanding of CC&Rs, bylaws, and governing documents Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Comfortable conducting on-site property inspections Client Services Multiple Locations Full-time Serve as the first point of contact for homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and the online portal. Route maintenance requests, process access credentials, and help residents navigate their community's rules and resources. Requirements: 1+ years in customer service or administrative support Professional phone and email communication skills Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and accuracy Identify and engage self-managed HOAs and communities looking to switch management companies. Build relationships with board members, prepare proposals, and guide prospective clients through the onboarding process.
