Your New Role Perform commercial HVAC service and preventive maintenance throughout Tampa, Florida and the surrounding areas. Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and HVAC/R systems, including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration equipment. Service ductwork, electrical components, and HVAC control systems. Troubleshoot refrigerant, airflow, and electrical system issues. Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics. Explain system conditions and recommended solutions to customers in a professional manner. Complete accurate service documentation and work reports. Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked. Follow all HVAC safety procedures and industry compliance standards. At least 3 years of commercial HVAC or HVAC/R service experience. EPA Type II Certification or Universal EPA Certification. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics. Experience using HVAC service tools and diagnostic equipment. Valid driver's license. Willingness to complete written and verbal trade assessments. Experience servicing HVAC systems in restaurant and medical facilities is preferred.
