Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a variety of technical roles for a manufacturing client in Defiance, Ohio. These positions are essential to supporting daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining equipment, and keeping workflows running smoothly. Team members in these roles will contribute to a safe, productive, and high-performing work environment across multiple departments. Upcoming Positions:

• Maintenance Tech - $26-$28/hour
• Maintenance Apprentice - $21-$24/hour
• Team Lead - $18/hour
• Forklift Driver - $20/hour
• Process Technician (plastic injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion operators) - $23-$33/hour

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Schedules support continuous production operations
• Admin roles are excluded from this schedule and follows standard business hours

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or office environment preferred (role dependent)
• Relevant technical or mechanical experience required for Maintenance and Process Technician roles
• Prior leadership experience preferred for Team Lead role
• Forklift certification or experience preferred for Forklift Operator role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (especially for Data Entry role)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to support day or night shift operations based on business needs
