As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a critical role in carrying out that mission by helping people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) complete everyday living tasks and achieve their goals while living in our group home in Raleigh, NC. Job Details Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Raleigh, NC (group home) Schedule options: Part‑time: every other weekend (include Saturday and Sunday) from 9 am to 9 pm (24 hrs). Part‑time: every other weekend (include Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from 9 pm to 9 am (36 hrs). Full‑time: Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Compensation: $15.00 per hour. Responsibilities Provide care in the home of the individual and the community they live in. Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, bathing and dressing. Transport the client to appointments and run errands. Help plan and organize the client’s schedule. Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health record.
