Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate is responsible for project management support regarding the production of marketing campaigns, promotions, commentary, reporting and presentations across print collateral, event, web, and digital platforms.

Primary responsibilities include updating, proofing, routing, and posting of marketing materials/digital content, including data publishing support. The role also involves serving as project manager for various marketing requirements, including regular updates of marketing materials. Additionally, the Marketing Associate assists with the approval process for marketing materials, which includes coordination and communication between compliance and marketing teams. The role also involves gathering business and data requirements for new marketing materials, collaborating with internal teams and compliance to create new materials and processes. Furthermore, maintaining dashboards, reports and spreadsheets drawing various databases is part of the job.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, preferably in business, 3-5 years of previous applicable experience, especially in the financial services industry. Excellent organizational skills, customer service, and communication skills are required. Project management experience, attention to detail, strong analytical and technical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat are also essential. Demonstrated interest or experience in AI-powered marketing tools and workflows is strongly preferred.

Compensation for this role takes into account various factors, including work location, individual skill set, relevant experience, and other business needs. The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
