Assistant Exterior Cleaning Technician Rolling Suds of Naperville–Elmhurst Location: DuPage County / West Chicagoland Suburbs Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal Pay: $20–$21/hour to start, based on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically daytime hours, with some optional weekends, evenings, and off-hours shifts depending on projects Start a Career in Exterior Cleaning Rolling Suds of Naperville–Elmhurst is hiring an Assistant Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing field team. This is a great role for someone who is dependable, hard-working, and wants to learn a skilled trade in the home services and commercial cleaning industry. No prior experience is required — we will train the right person. You’ll work alongside experienced team members on residential and commercial cleaning projects throughout DuPage County and nearby areas. What You’ll Do You’ll support the Lead Technician in completing exterior cleaning jobs safely, efficiently, and professionally. Responsibilities Assist with power washing, pressure washing, and soft washing projects Help clean exterior windows, siding, driveways, patios, sidewalks, storefronts, and commercial surfaces Set up and put away hoses, ladders, pumps, tools, and other jobsite equipment Prepare and maintain equipment before, during, and after jobs Follow company cleaning procedures and safety protocols Support jobsite efficiency and help complete work to company quality standards Maintain clean and organized trucks, tools, and work areas Communicate respectfully with customers and teammates Wear required PPE and work safely at all times Assist with additional field tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Dependable and on time Hard-working and physically active Coachable and willing to learn Comfortable working outdoors Respectful, professional, and team-oriented Motivated to grow into a Lead Technician role over time Qualifications Valid driver’s license required Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely Comfortable working outdoors in heat, sun, wind, and changing weather Able to perform physical labor for most of the workday Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Previous experience in pressure washing, cleaning, landscaping, moving, painting, warehouse, or general labor is a plus — but not required What We Offer Paid training Company tools and equipment provided Uniforms provided Clear opportunity for advancement Promotion from within Variety of work across residential and commercial properties Supportive and safety-focused team environment Opportunity to learn valuable field and customer service skills Why This Is a Good Opportunity stay active learn useful hands-on skills work with a strong team build toward a long-term career Rolling Suds is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
