Role Overview

As a Med/Surg RN, you will:

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse adult population
• Perform comprehensive assessments and care planning
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation 

Core Responsibilities

• Patient assessment & monitoring
• Medication administration & IV therapy
• Care plan development and evaluation
• Health teaching & discharge planning
• Documentation and compliance
• Delegation and coordination of care 

✅ Requirements

• Active RN License (MT or compact)
• BLS (AHA) required
• ACLS required
• NIHSS required
• Minimum 1+ year RN experience (Med/Surg preferred)
• ASN required ( BSN preferred )

• Strong Med/Surg background
• Experience with high patient volume
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills 

⚠️ Additional Details

• Night shift – 12 hours
• Floating may be required based on unit needs
• On-call shifts possible
