Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to become a vital part of our expanding orthopedic team. Position Overview

We are seeking a fellowship-trained sports surgeon proficient in advanced arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, and surgeries of the shoulder and knee, as well as providing comprehensive care for athletes and active individuals. With a robust referral network, dedicated operating room access, and strong support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), you will immediately engage with a substantial case volume in a practice designed for enduring success.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
• ABOS Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
• Ability to obtain medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
• Strong skills in arthroscopic and open sports surgery (shoulder, knee, hip optional)
• Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented approach
• Open to both graduating fellows and experienced surgeons

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410, with production starting at 10,650 wRVUs
• Straight production model commencing in year 3
• Potential earnings exceeding $1M annually
• $100,000 recruitment bonus
