Moss is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Field Coordinator for our Altha, FL project. You will serve as the primary HR partner on site, supporting hourly teams and field leadership to deliver a positive employee experience and ensure smooth HR processes. Responsibilities include onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding, along with timekeeping reviews for payroll accuracy. Fluency in Spanish and/or Creole is a plus, and prior construction/energy industry experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Moss
