Job Details Location: Miami - 5200 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami, FL 33126 Position type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services Position Summary The person in this position will be responsible for conducting in-home/on-site assessments for adolescents and providing individual and family therapy. Essential Job Functions Monitor the clinical systems, procedures, and standards of the program, informing the appropriate parties when deviations occur Review interpretive summaries to ensure they are based on information obtained from the assessment Review wellness and recovery plans with the family therapists Review monthly wellness and recovery plan reviews Document all clinical services and activities in accord with licensing, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards and agency policy and procedure Review clinical records to ensure compliance with licensing, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards and agency policy and procedure Provide in-home/on-site individual therapy, as needed Provide in-home/on-site family therapy, as needed Provide therapy to additional populations, as needed Participate in case conferences Prepare discharge summaries, as needed Qualifications Certification as a CAP or MCAP in good standing with an agency approved by the Florida Certification Board is preferred; preference to those currently certified. Licensure as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in good standing with an agency approved and recognized by the state of Florida is preferred; preference to those currently licensed. Graduation from an accredited master's program with a degree in Addiction Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related field is required. Two years of supervised work experience in providing individual/family therapy is preferred. Bilingual is preferred. CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and an annual Tuberculosis test. Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Software Suite. Ability to provide an Affidavit of Good Moral Character. Clearance in Pre-Employment Drug Testing and Criminal Records Checks, as required.
