Jr. Accounts Receivable Specialist
$20 - $21 per hourLHH US

I'm partnering with an established manufacturing organization in the Fort Worth area that is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with accounting coursework, internship experience, or up to a year of experience in billing, AR, customer service, or administrative support who is eager to build a long-term career in accounting.
Location: Fort Worth, TX (onsite Monday-Friday)
Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Immediate Need - Start within 1 week What You'll Be Doing: ✅ Processing and managing customer invoices
✅ Working with customer billing portals and resolving submission issues
✅ Assisting with account reconciliations and payment research
✅ Supporting collections and payment follow-up activities
✅ Collaborating with sales, operations, customer service, and accounting teams
✅ Helping resolve invoice discrepancies and customer inquiries What We're Looking For: ✔ 0-1 year of accounting, billing, AR, customer service, or administrative experience
✔ Accounting coursework, certificate, or related experience preferred
✔ Experience with an ERP system is a plus
✔ Intermediate Excel skills
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
