Job Duties : Serve as the Management Representative for the IATF-16949 quality management system Lead quality initiatives and ensure compliance with customer requirements Implement defect reduction strategies and oversee nonconforming materials Supervise final inspections for efficient and accurate product flow Manage and train department personnel to optimize performance Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, implementing corrective actions Participate in APQP meetings to address potential processing issues proactively Maintain calibration system accuracy and oversee PPAP submissions Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing technology (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in quality management ASQ certification and IATF 16949 training preferred Strong communication skills with a team-oriented approach Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
