Marketing CoordinatorWe're looking for an energetic, creative, and community-minded individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.This position is responsible for helping grow Chick-fil-A The Collection at Forsyth by building relationships within our community, creating memorable experiences for our guests, supporting restaurant events and promotions, and helping tell our story through local marketing and social media.We're looking for someone who loves people, enjoys being involved in the community, and is excited about finding creative ways to bring guests into our restaurant and strengthen their connection with our Chick-fil-A.What You'll DoDevelop and execute local restaurant marketing initiativesBuild relationships with local schools, churches, businesses, sports teams, and community organizationsCoordinate Spirit Nights, community events, fundraisers, and restaurant promotionsHelp identify opportunities to grow sales and increase guest visitsCreate and manage engaging local social media contentPromote catering and help develop relationships with local businesses and organizationsAssist with new product launches and Chick-fil-A promotional campaignsHelp coordinate in-restaurant events and special guest experiencesLook for creative ways to surprise and delight our guestsRepresent Chick-fil-A The Collection at Forsyth at community eventsTrack marketing efforts and help determine which programs are producing resultsWork closely with the Operator and our Executive Leadership team to support restaurant sales and business goalsWho We're Looking ForOutgoing and comfortable meeting new peopleCreative and full of ideasOrganized and able to manage multiple projectsA strong communicatorComfortable with social media and creating contentProfessional when representing Chick-fil-A The Collection Forsyth in the communitySelf-motivated and able to take an idea from concept to completionWilling to work occasional evenings or weekends for special eventsPassionate about hospitality and creating remarkable experiencesWhy Chick-fil-A?At Chick-fil-A The Collection at Forsyth, we want to be more than simply a restaurant.
