Assembler - 2nd Shift

Mechanical Assembler Location: Mesa, AZ Pay: $22.00 $25.30/hr + 10% Shift Differential on 2nd Shift Training will be completed on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift. What You'll Do Assemble components and subassemblies using blueprints, drawings, and detailed work instructions Perform assembly line and production-related tasks to meet daily manufacturing goals Conduct quality inspections and functional testing to ensure products meet specifications Troubleshoot assembly issues and contribute to continuous process improvements Support and train less experienced assemblers as needed Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and production standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2-5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience Previous assembly line experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
