Job Summary:
Climate Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated and reliable HVAC Apprentice to support our HVAC Service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC units.
• Install ductwork, thermostats, and other HVAC components.
• Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials in accordance with safety standards.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to further develop HVAC knowledge and skills.
• Assist with inventory management of parts and tools.
• Comply with company policies, safety protocols, and local building codes
• Other such duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a construction-related field preferred, prior experience in HVAC is a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
