Torrance Memorial Physician Network is a primary care and multi-specialty network of physicians and health professionals focused on caring for people in our community. Our primary care physicians place special emphasis on the whole person and on preventive care.

Position Details:

• Newer program designed to provide comprehensive, coordinated, and patient-centered healthcare services for older adults.
• 2-year contract with guaranteed income + production and quality bonus opportunities

• Outpatient only. Excellent and large Hospitalist team in place.

Salary Range : $270,000 — $330,000

Compensation Policy : We offer a competitive total compensation and benefits package to our physicians. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Total compensation takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business factors. This total pay range includes incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
