Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Overview Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, and perform delivery and pick-up of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor role. Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Requirements: Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
