Provide administrative, customer service, and dispatch support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Answer and route phone calls, document and dispatch work requests, monitor security/environmental alarms and CCTV, coordinate patient transporter workflow, and assist with special projects. Deliver professional customer service while supporting daily operations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route internal and external calls.
• Document and dispatch work requests.
• Monitor alarms, gates, doors, parking intercoms, and CCTV.
• Support patient transport coordination.
• Assist with departmental projects and process improvements.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of administrative support or customer service experience.
• Healthcare, call center, or dispatch experience preferred.
