Community Healthcare of Texas

Community Healthcare of Texas is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide emergency support and skilled visits during non-standard hours for hospice patients. The role includes documenting care to meet Medicare participation, symptom management, and emotional support. The ideal candidate has a Texas RN license, at least 2 years of RN experience, and 6+ months in an on-call role, with strong crisis management and Hospice/Home Health experience considered a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Healthcare of Texas
