Press Operator
Masterson Staffing is recruiting Press Operators for a valued client in Delano, MN. This is a temp to hire position on third shift.
Job Duties:
- Operate Injection Molding machine in a safe manner, following all safety guidelines.
- Inspect parts for damages/defects, trim excess material, proper packaging of product into boxes per SOP.
- Palletizing completed boxes of parts.
- Any other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in manufacturing preferred but not required, willing to train the right person.
- Being able to stand for entire 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Need to be able to read/write and communicate in English.
Hours/Compensation:
- 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 3p.m. $17/Hr
- 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3p.m. to 11 p.m. $18/Hr
- 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am $20.00/hour
