Also, assists with general maintenance of equipment, on-the-job training of personnel, and troubleshooting quality and mechanical problems.Hours: M-F 1:30 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.VALUESInnovationCommitment & PassionIntegrityTeam & RelationshipsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWill check parts for physical defects.Identify parts to print for correct identification.Load and unload parts from CNC machines.Route and finish parts to print.Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts on a continual basis throughout the day.Expected to be wearing proper PPE throughout the day (Bump caps, steel toe shoes, safety glasses etc.).Must have general computer knowledge.Must follow specific work instructions of assembly requirements.General cleaning of work area, including work surfaces, equipment, and floors.Understands the QCDSM boards and participates in continuous improvement activities.ATTRIBUTESMust have an understanding of operating complex machineryMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be quality focusedMust be able to rotate to other positionsMust be able to read printsAble to take direction from multiple sourcesMust be able to multi-taskQUALIFICATIONSGED/High school diploma preferredPrevious experience with CNC or machine operatingAbility to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques dailyTakes ownership and pride in delivering a high-quality productFlexible in their work schedule and able to work for 10 hours up to 4 -6 monthsMust maintain a dependable and reliable work scheduleIntermediate computer knowledgeThis position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
