TekPro is hiring directly for a growth-focused precision manufacturer. We’re adding CNC Operators, Setup Machinists, and CNC Machinists who enjoy producing complex, high-precision parts in a clean, well-equipped facility.

The impact you’ll make

Produce tight-tolerance components on CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment
Execute setups, tooling changes, offsets, and part adjustments to hit spec
Read and act on blueprints, engineering drawings, setup sheets, and work instructions
Validate quality using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments
Monitor cycles, troubleshoot issues, and keep production moving
Coordinate with quality, engineering, and production teams to meet customer requirements
Maintain a safe, neat, and efficient workstation

What we’re looking for

Prior CNC machining experience in a precision environment
Background with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machinery
Setup capability strongly preferred for advanced machinist roles
Comfortable reading prints and working with tolerances/GD&T principles
Skilled with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges
Able to perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and teamwork
Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Doosan, Okuma (or similar) is a plus
5-axis experience is a plus, not required

Schedules and premiums

1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:30 AM (+10% premium)
Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (+25% premium)
