Buffalo Wild Wings GO is hiring a General Manager in Exton. At Buffalo Wild Wings, it all began with a craving for authentic Buffalo-style wings. Our General Managers are the head coaches who keep the team motivated, the operation running smoothly, and the guests coming back for more. What You'll Do Lead daily operations, ensuring accuracy, speed, and guest satisfaction in takeout and delivery. Recruit, train, and develop team members to perform at their best. Manage schedules, labor, inventory, and food costs with attention to detail. Drive performance by analyzing reports, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labor laws. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth. Represent Buffalo Wild Wings GO in the community and support local marketing efforts. What You Bring to the Table At least 2 years of management experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred). Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and hold a team accountable. Knowledge of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control. Solid understanding of health codes, food safety, and safe operations. Problem-solving skills, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A guest-first attitude with a passion for delivering an excellent experience. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus).
