Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package for the lead driver with an hourly pay rate of $25 / hour for CDL B. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately. The competitive compensation package includes: A regular step increase program. The step program starts at $25.00 / hour and adds $.50 / hour after the first 6 months. Every 6 months $.50 / hour is added until month #24 when the compensation reaches $27.00 / hour for CDL B.
