Job Position Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Director of Patient Care Services

Essential Functions:

1. Assist with maintaining medical records and basic data entry functions.

2. Assist with clinician credentialing and human resources management.

3. Assist with answering all telephone calls.

4. Assist with various administrative and clerical work as needed.

5. Assist with scheduling client visits.

6. Assist with sending and receiving fax communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High school graduate (some college preferred).

· Must be bilingual and demonstrate fluency in English and Spanish.

· Previous medical or office experience preferred.

· Valid Driver's license

· Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.

Position Type:

· Part-Time 20-30 hours/week

Compensation:

· $20.50 - $24.00/hr depending on experience
