This is a great opportunity for candidates with0–2 years of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, inventory, or general logistics experience.In this role, you'll help keep warehouse operations running efficiently byloading and unloading materials, moving products throughout the facility, and using forklifts, conveyors, and other material-handling equipment. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable with physical work, and able to follow established procedures in a team-oriented warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities:Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility.Move materials to and from trucks and designated storage areas.Transport materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently.Utilizeforklifts, conveyors, and other material-handling equipmentas required.Place materials in appropriate warehouse or storage locations.Follow established work instructions, procedures, and pre-established guidelines.Handle materials carefully to prevent product damage.Maintain an organized and safe work environment.Follow applicable warehouse and workplace safety requirements.Communicate material-handling or equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor.Work under the direction of a supervisor or manager to complete assigned daily responsibilities.Support additional warehouse and material-handling activities as assigned.Required Qualifications:0–2 years of experiencein material handling, warehousing, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to work effectively under established procedures and guidelines.Strong attention to safety and proper material-handling practices.Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team.Ability to perform hands-on physical work throughout the shift.Ability to safely handle materials generally weighing35 pounds or less without significant repetition.Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.Preferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous warehouse or distribution experience.Experience withloading and unloading materials.Forklift experience.Experience using conveyors or other warehouse material-handling equipment.Shipping and receiving experience.Familiarity with standard warehouse practices and procedures.Work Environment:This is a hands-on position performed within awarehouse and storage environment. Employees will regularly move materials between trucks, storage areas, and other locations throughout the facility.The role may involve the use offorklifts, conveyors, and other material-handling equipment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical warehouse duties while consistently following established safety procedures.
