Full-Time Medical Front Desk Reception
???? Kingston, PA

We’re looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our team full-time, supporting our outpatient imaging center in Kingston, PA.

If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, works well independently, and enjoys variety in your day-to-day work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a strong, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and assist with their needs

• Collect accurate registration, demographic, and insurance information

• Answer incoming calls and direct as needed

• Schedule patient appointments
• Function as a team member to prioritize and complete responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior medical office experience
• Prior imaging experience a plus

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology

• Ability to work independently

• Strong patient care and communication skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
