Full-Time Medical Front Desk Reception
???? Kingston, PA
We’re looking for an experienced medical receptionist to join our team full-time, supporting our outpatient imaging center in Kingston, PA.
If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, works well independently, and enjoys variety in your day-to-day work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a strong, collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and assist with their needs
- Collect accurate registration, demographic, and insurance information
- Answer incoming calls and direct as needed
- Schedule patient appointments
- Function as a team member to prioritize and complete responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior medical office experience
- Prior imaging experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work independently
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
