This position monitors large scale and complex staffing concerns and provides oversight on issues with potential risks and unfavorable trends. This position implements initiatives and provides consultative expertise and tactical support to all stakeholders including, business units, business partners, hiring managers, etc. This position collaborates with managers to develop strategies for current and future business needs utilizing research and data analysis. This position supervises others.ResponsibilitiesManages and ensures compliance with all aspects of hiringDevelops and maintains Workforce Development pipeline programs to assist with recruiting and retention of employeesOversees internal and external recruiting efforts for all positions within scopeEvaluates strategy adjustments as needed for critical positions and works with the Center of Excellence on solutionsDevelops sponsorships and partnerships with strategic vendors and schoolsPerforms market analysis and research to develop business justifications for compensation adjustments to ensure we stay competitive with the marketManages daily dispatch of recruitersMaintains strategic partnerships with education partners to assist with recruiting and hiring strategiesProvides issue escalation and supports resolutionSupports external business partners (BPO)Provides advising on processes, procedures, and systemsWorks with team to develop and recommend creative hiring strategies and builds business cases for actionPerforms employee supervisory tasks such as performance management and career developmentLeads requisition recalibrations and escalations to ensure proper alignment for successful staffing efficiencyQualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) or three years of UPS experienceMust be located in the same geographic area as the job or be willing to self-relocateMust be willing and available to work flexible shifts as necessary (days, nights, weekends)Must be willing and available to travel as necessaryThrives in a team environmentDemonstrates leadership abilitiesPreferredPrior experience utilizing WorkdayPrior experience using FountainPrior Talent Acquisition experienceDigital talent acquisition proficiencyAdditional InformationThis job is a grade 20EThe last day to apply for this position is 9/16/2026 at 11:59pm ETNo relocation assistance is available for this opportunityAdditional RequirementsInternal candidates must upload their last two performance reviews along with their resumesInterviewees will be required to interview in person at the UPS Flight Training Center located at 802 Grade Lane Louisville, KY 40213Interviewees will be required to deliver a five-minute presentation on one of the following items: an innovative way to recruit and engage with applicants via digital platforms, an innovative way to connect with customers/applicants, a unique approach they've used to develop their employee(s).
