Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Bone Marrow Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants and related therapies.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapies as needed in accordance with protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes or emergencies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in planning and implementing comprehensive care plans.
• Float between BMT/Onc and CTU units as required to meet facility needs.
• Utilize Epic for accurate and timely charting of patient information.

Qualifications

• Active CO or Compact RN License
• BLS and ONC certification required
• Minimum of 1.5 years of acute care BMT/Heme experience
• Proficiency in chemotherapy administration
• Previous experience with flexible nurse-to-patient ratios
• Ability to float to sister facilities as needed
