Product & E-Commerce Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday)

Location: 1258 Kamaile Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819 (On-Site)

Position Summary

This position combines product management, e-commerce, photography, image editing, social media, and marketing responsibilities in a small business environment.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, capable of managing their workload and priorities, and comfortable taking initiative to move projects forward. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys art, design, marketing, and product development. An understanding of basic camera operations and experience with Adobe Photoshop is an important component of this position. The candidate should be comfortable working with Mac computers, e-commerce platforms, business database applications, and other software tools.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

● Process incoming samples and maintain product archives

● Photograph and edit artwork and product samples (fabric and bags)

● Upload and organize product photos and information in company databases

● Create and maintain product listings on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other sales

channels

● Monitor and maintain online inventory, product descriptions, and pricing

● Create social media content and email marketing campaigns

● Develop digital mockups, colorways, and product prototypes

● Support new product development initiatives

● Maintain artwork, copyright, and sample records

● Assist with showroom organization and general office projects

● Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Photography, Graphic Arts, Fashion, Marketing,

Communications, or related field

● Basic camera operations and Adobe Photoshop

● Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media marketing

● Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

● Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
