A dedicated support team handles the administrative weight so your time stays where it belongs: in the field, building the business./ppThis is a base plus production bonus opportunity. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $110,000, with total earnings potential of $120,000 and above./ppCurrent territories: Florida, Iowa, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas./ppEssential Duties And Responsibilities/pulliMap your territory strategically. Identify high-potential independent producers and regional agencies, build your recruitment pipeline based on market composition and competitive landscape, and execute with precision./liliRepresent Trove Group at regional industry events, broker associations, and networking opportunities. You are the brand in your market./liliLead the full producer recruitment lifecycle from first conversation through contract execution, licensing facilitation, and platform onboarding./liliDeliver hands-on training across Trove Groups full portfolio including ACA, small group, STM, dental, ICHRA, and voluntary benefits, coaching producers on sales strategies, coverage positioning, and platform fluency to accelerate production ramp./liliDrive Lucie EDE adoption across your recruited producer base, positioning it as a competitive differentiator in their business./liliAdvise on excepted benefit status, ERISA applicability, and COB rules to ensure compliance and HSA eligibility are protected throughout the sales process./liliTransition stabilized producer relationships to the Broker Success Specialist team, keeping your focus on new growth./liliPartner with Support Coordinators to ensure contracting, compliance, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time./liliMeet and exceed quotas for net-new producers recruited and aggregate production volume from your book./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pTravel/pulli30-50% this is a field-first, territory-based role. The majority of work is conducted in person at producer locations, industry events, and across the assigned region./li/ulpRequirements/pulli3 to 5+ years of experience in health insurance sales, broker distribution, or field-based business development./liliA demonstrable track record in new business development and producer or client acquisition. Hunters only./liliBroad product fluency across individual health, small group, self-funded, short-term medical, and ancillary lines./liliStrong consultative selling and in-person presentation skills with the ability to read a room and adjust in real time./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills./liliSharp organizational instincts with the ability to manage multiple producers, priorities, and deadlines without losing detail./liliProficiency in MS Office and web-based presentation tools./liliCurrent state health and life insurance producer license preferred. If not yet licensed, attainment of producer license and FFM Certification within 6 months of hire is required./liliBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred given regional market demographics./liliValid drivers license and reliable transportation required./li/ulpPay Transparency/pulliThe base pay range for this role is $75,000 $110,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience./liliEmployees in this role are eligible to participate in the Agency Growth Manager production incentive bonus program.
