Responsibilities include:

• Filling and verifying prescriptions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Providing counseling to patients regarding prescription and over-the-counter medications to promote optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Supervising and providing guidance to pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient workflow.
• Utilizing Cerner software for prescription processing and record-keeping.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in the state of California.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfort with electronic health record systems, specifically Cerner.
