We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to support enterprise-level applications through a comprehensive suite of data collection and reporting tools. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with a strong background in .NET technologies, DevOps practices, application security, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable DevOps processes to support enterprise application development and deployment
- Lead automation, CI/CD, and cloud technology initiatives
- Centralize and manage code repositories using GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps
- Evaluate and improve coding practices through automated code quality and security scanning tools
- Proactively identify, manage, and reduce technical debt
- Drive continuous improvement across development and deployment processes
- Optimize code branching, merging, and release management strategies
- Automate build and deployment workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Enhance unit testing and integration testing coverage
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core
- Apply structured and pattern-based development practices for complex business logic implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core development
- 8 years of experience implementing security practices, including secure coding, static code analysis, and data protection/encryption
- 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
- 5 years of experience with automated testing, documentation, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and gated deployments
- 8 years of experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
- 4 years of experience using code quality and security scanning tools
- 5 years of experience with code branching, merging, and release process optimization
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
