Senior Auditor

We are currently looking for a Senior Auditor to join our team. In this role, you would be responsible for careful and meticulous review of as well as begin your opportunities to participate audit engagements. Work as a team player and assist clients and team as needed. A Senior Audit Associate leads financial audits, reviews work done by junior staff, and acts as the main contact for clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagements: Plan and manage audit fieldwork from start to finish within a set budget. Review Work: Check financial statements, working papers, and test results prepared by junior associates. Ensure Compliance: Verify that financial records follow GAAP/GAAS and other regulatory standards. Mentor Staff: Train, coach, and evaluate junior team members and interns. Client Communication: Meet with client management day-to-day to resolve issues and gather information. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of public accounting or external audit experience. Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or actively working toward passing the CPA exam. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting rules, advanced Excel, sharp analytical thinking, and clear communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr
