Senior Tax Associate | West Palm Beach, FL | Hybrid A CPA firm where people join, settle in and tend to stay for years. There's a reason for that. Busy season doesn't properly ramp up until March, with hours peaking at around 50 to 55 for just a few weeks. You'll be working directly with experienced Managers and Partners who want to help you develop, giving you plenty of exposure to interesting clients and opportunities to take on more responsibility as you progress. What about the work? You'll work across a varied client base including HNW individuals, Partnerships, Trusts and Non Profit organisations, preparing and reviewing returns and developing your technical skills. Some Non Profit tax experience is essential for this role, particularly exposure to Form 990, alongside broader experience with Forms 1040, 1041 and 1065. You'll have direct exposure to clients, support from experienced professionals and the opportunity to build your career within a firm that promotes long term relationships.
