Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) OpportunityAdmissions RN supports the daily function of the Admissions Department in collaboration with the Admissions Director. Lead Admissions RN is responsible for shift assignments for each clinician and nurse on shift and designating tasks as needed ensuring the operations of the shift. In addition, the Lead Admissions RN will perform all duties of an Admissions RN; completes assessments for patient admissions. Responsible for all referrals; provides information to individuals, agencies, facilities and professional staff (i.e., physicians, consulting professionals), requests information regarding potential admissions, develops and/or maintains relationships with ongoing referral sources to alternate treatment resources when appropriate; completes insurance verification and pre-certifications as applicable; participates in crisis and safety interventions as needed; assists in performance improvement/quality measurement activities as assigned.Brynn Marr Hospital is committed to providing the highest standard of psychiatric care to adults, adolescents, and children.
