Compensation and Benefits\n

Westchester Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to USD 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Newly hired counselors are also eligible for a sign-on bonus as a token of our appreciation for joining our supportive team.
